To open a business in this type of field is very easy with no start up capitol needed at all. There are real estate companies who have and operate rental properties on a daily basis. When one of thier tenants move out they need people to go in clean and repair them for another tenant to be able to move in. You charge the real estate company in advance to purchase what you need to do the job and then bill them for time and labor. Think about it and give it a try. That is how I got started.

Let your money and my hard work make people who are less forunate then us a place to live. The government has a program called section 8 that either pays all or part of thier rent. This is the season and time of year to buy up some foreclosed homes. Example I have a great oppurunity to purchase 4 units for $18,000.00 dollars The thing is these properties are going like hot cakes. The best part is our money will always be returned to us because the government is paying us. In these 4 units we would have an estimated value of $158,000.00 dollars. for a small investment. I can't see where we would go wrong. I have checked out every angel and researched every avenue. This is my only option is to seek out investors.
